The workflow

A natural flow.
Without the extra ceremony.

Start with the problem. Make the trade-offs clear. Choose what ships and when. Keep the work moving with people and agents in the same context.

01

Capture & triage

Bring features, improvements, bugs and tasks into the backlog. Keep valid work for later, close duplicates with a reason, or ask the original reporter for more information in Activity.

02

Groom & prioritize

Clarify scope and acceptance criteria. Use urgency for timing and RICE for comparable investment decisions. Refine estimates as the evidence improves.

Shape the release

Choose an objective, set capacity and assign MoSCoW for that specific release. A high score doesn’t automatically make something a Must.

04

Plan the cycles

Break the near-term plan into one- or two-week cycles. Look ahead, attach high-level goals and move tickets into the right execution window.

Deliver with visibility

Track development, QA and readiness to ship. Keep acceptance criteria in the ticket plan and use the release view to coordinate what goes out together.

Prioritization is a decision view. Release planning defines scope. Cycle planning schedules execution. Each answers a different question.
