Website privacy

A clear explanation
of what we collect.

This notice describes this public website and its beta-access form. Last updated October 2026.

Account signup and earlier beta requests

When you sign up in the app, we use your email, name and chosen organization details to create and manage your account. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; signup links are single-use and expire after one hour. Platform support sessions are restricted and internally audited.

Earlier beta requests

Before open signup, the website collected your name, email address, optional company or team, and the information you choose to provide about your use case. These earlier submissions are retained for operational follow-up. New accounts are created in the app after email verification.

Technical safeguards

The form uses a short-lived, hashed representation of the request’s IP address to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the beta-request database. The hosting provider may process technical request logs as part of operating the service.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and product screenshots are served from this website. The separate SoftFab application uses its own sign-in session cookies.

Storage and service providers

The website and its request database run on Railway infrastructure. Beta requests remain available for operational review. Resend delivers application email verification, invitations and account recovery messages. Public signup now takes place directly in the SoftFab app. Earlier beta-access requests remain available for operational review.

Your choices

To ask about a beta request or request its deletion, contact softfab@aixccelerate.email. Avoid including confidential project details in the public website form.

Product screenshots

Website screenshots show the SoftFab application with sample project data. They are demonstrations, not customer endorsements.
